John (Jack) Ulrich

John (Jack) Ulrich was one of the original owners and past President of Collens-Wagner Agency, located at 2900 Eastern Boulevard.  Jack has spent 40 years in the insurance business.  He currently is a consultant with Collens-Wagner, an independent insurance agency. 

Jack is the past Chair of the York Country Chamber of Commerce and past President of the York and Pennsylvania Associations of Independent Agents.  He was also a National Director of the Independent Agents of America, served on the Rotary Board, and continues to be an active member of Advent Lutheran Church.

Jack was instrumental, along with six local business people, in establishing the Springettsbury Business Association.  He is past President of the SBA.

Don Eckert

Don Eckert is a great leader of our community. It is impossible to list all that he does for Springettsbury Township in this small space. 

Don is currently involved in may aspects of the volunteer fire service and the fire police.  He is an officer in verious organizations, and spends countless hours in all kinds of weather as a fire policeman, keeping us all safe on the roads.

In addition, Don is the logistics coordinator for the Township's Saturday in the Park.

Barb Snare

Barb has been instrumental in helping to organize Springettsbury Township’s Saturday in the Park since the first event 7 years ago.

She coordinated everything related to the carnival games for little kids and gets all of the student volunteers that are required. She is also instrumental in coordinating the Spirit of Youth Awards and breakfast presented by the Central York Communities that Care.
